What are your hours?
7:00AM-10:00PM
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you can load the payment App with your credit card.
Do you have large machines?
Yes, we have 60 & 80 pound washers that will fit comforters and 75 pound dryers.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have plenty of parking.
What if I forget to bring detergent?
We sell detergent at our laundromat.
Are you attended?
Yes, there is always someone at the laundromat to help you.
Wash & Fold:
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can drop off your wash and fold any time between 7:00AM and 10:00PM
Do you use a good detergent when you wash my clothes?
Yes! We use Tide detergent, Downy Softener, and we offer Arm & Hammer Free & Clear for those with sensitive skin.
How much does wash and fold cost?
$1.50/lb. for next day, there is an additional cost for same day.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $15 minimum.
Will you hang my clothes?
We will hang clothes upon request.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another.
Pickup & Delivery:
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
Seven days a week between 7:00AM and 6:00PM. Call us if you need a later time and we will try and accommodate you.
What is the turnaround time?
24 hour turnaround
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
$1.50/lb. for one time customers. $1.35/lb. for weekly/biweekly customers.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $30
What if I can't be home when you pickup?
Tell us in the software where you will leave your clothes. It might be on the front porch, on the back porch, behind the fence, by the apartment door, in the lobby, with the apartment manager, or in an unlocked garage.
If I sign up to be a recurring customer, what happens when I go on vacation?
Just put a hold on your account in the software. We'll be back on the date you tell us.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there are no contracts. We know you will stay with us as long as we do a good job.
